Important emails aren’t arriving to a bigpond email address, often emails that contain a pdf file or mention invoice or account in the subject line. It is likely they are stuck in the bigpond spam folder on the server that doesn’t get downloaded to mail clients like outlook or windows mail. You need to log into bigpond webmail and mark them as not spam.
1. go to https://email.telstra.com/webmail/index and log in with your full bigpond email address followed by email password.
2. Click on Spam on the mail boxes down the side
3. Each email has a tick box under the name of the sender, tick any missing emails.
4. At the top right corner of the screen click on the 3 dots and choose not spam. You need to wait a moment and it will move all the selected emails to the inbox and should hopefully not flag them as spam again. this seems to be a problem that flares up every so often affecting everyone.
