I trialed an online scheduler and it’s not something that’s very popular with customers, also I’m mostly on call for Corporate, Enterprise and Business customers so in the event of a call out anything scheduled would get pushed back a few hours or rescheduled for another day, this is also something average customers love to complain about but that’s just the way it is.
